I have them,  and In the process to try to stay dedcated to a good fiber and dark colored juice diet which is kinda hard for me to much in love with fast food lol . Their very painful and stressful. If you don't have these Please take care of yourself Dont sit on a hard surface for a long time, even for driving long distance have something soft to sit on, watch what you eat, and be blessed you dont have them.

Thanks God I just got rid of my Hemorrhoids problems a couple of days ago. I am so relief after a month of agony....Thanks for sharing!
